Join me on my journey with the Keto Diet.
I started in November 2016 and I honestly fell off the wagon in March 2017 but am back on track now. I will never look back.
I learnt a lot from falling off the wagon, so, so much and I will share all of it with you.
At first when I started the Keto way of eating, it was hard and had to ignore all the negative comments on how eating fat is bad for you and your diet doesn't make sense.
During my time on Keto I though I wasn't really losing any weight but when I fell off the wagon I found that out to be totally false.
A friend who has her own Facebook group, did a video about some YouTubers and I was apart of the trailer and I saw it.... my sickly chubby face which was in October 2016. Here's the picture (horrified)

So that was 5 months ago, here is a picture taken just before I fell off the wagon.
I haven't finished my journey yet I still have 10kgs (20 pounds) to go to reach my goal.
I will update weekly on my progress and I hope you can join me in this journey too. I would love to see how it is working for you too, even if your not doing Keto.
